Can I & my mother issue one legal notice to one person regarding cheque bounce when same person has issued 4 cheques ( 2 no. mothers and 2nos. myself each) . Is it correct to send one legal notice mentioning all the four cheques bounce ( my mother and father )? OR two different legal notice to one person ? remark: cheque bounce happened under two different jurisdiction for two different person ( mother and son ).

Q: Illegal possession of property by relative

My father and one of our close relatives both bought roof top of 10 lakh by contributing 5 lakhs each and decided to build two flats on it. one each. now the roof of the 4th floor belongs to both parties however they build one more flat on the roof and saying this is our flat cause the roof belongs to us. we have a separate registry of our flat which is on 2nd floor. Any legal solution as they don't even allow us to enter the roof. We don't want to fight but want solution.
