People promised marriage and then did fraud and behaviour of girl

Incident is people came for marriage related issue in my house .Girl said I like the boy .Boy said I like the girl in front of everybody ,YAADI of marriage was made photos were clicked of YAADI and of boy and girl and in messages girl admitted she is wife on WhatsApp even before marriage and said I love you multiple times.After that next day girl took boy for meeting outside house held his hand inappropriately without consent and said no for marriage after going to another city.Can we file case for fraud and for inappropriate touching without consent to that girl ??

Hello, there is no law for outraging modesty of men but for woman, if she has promised to marry then it is not a contract like a Muslim law , utmost it can be said it is a criminal breach of trust but has to be proven strictly, no case of fraud or cheating can be made out

If promise of marriage was made and you have all the proofs to substantiate your claim then you may take legal action . First you will have to send a legal notice to the party through your counsel and then you may file a case.

You can lodge a case of Cheating against that Boy and his family who played with your emotions and emotions of your family. You can lodge a Police Complaint for Breach of Promise too in the concerned City Civil Court.
