Parking issue Neighbour harassing me and my family for a decade.

23-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hi, I live in khanpur, Delhi in a street with only one way to enter and exit. My house is in the corner. And my neighbour is using the street for parking eight 2 wheelers, 1 car and a mini truck of his tenants. I can't even take out my 2 wheeler without begging him. He makes me wait for half an hour. He even denies and tells me to call police if I dare. This has raised several verbal fights between our families. He even gave threats. I have videos and photos. Please give me guidance.

If you have all the evidence then it's advisable to file a complaint against them in the police station according to your jurisdiction as it all comes under public nuisance and is against law. And if the police officials fail to register the FIR then approach the court for your grievances.

It is important to send a legal notice to the perpetrator before taking legal action. This notice serves as a warning and gives the perpetrator a chance to rectify the situation before further proceedings are initiated.
