Of what evidenciary value are the photographs taken during a raid?

My client was arrested in a raid. the gal and client were found inside the room naked. however they were not performing sex wen caught. police had taken pics of the same. my client had currently got bail...stating gal was above 18 yrs and client was 64 yrs. and based on earlier reference cases..he got bail. however in the next hearing wen the police provides the pictures in the court...can the bail be cancelled and immediately put my client in jail. if so for how many months he will be punished. under senior grounds will he be given consideration. also can the bail be cancelled.
