Not filling FIR even after 15 days of complaint

Actually mai ek complaint lekar sbse phle delhi mei ek police station mei gyi waha se mujhe dusre police station bhej diya unhone bhi mana kardiya or mujhe noida Jana ko kaha noida jane par mujse ek police wale ne bht badtameezi ki phle to wo muje complaint likhne hi nahi de rahe the ki itna nhi likha hoat h phir wo complaint ko zor zor se padhne lage or muje ulta sidha bolne lage or wha koi lady nahi thi ..phir unhone mujhe 22 august 2022 ko noida mei ps mei bulaya wha ek lady inspector ne mera statement liya or jo bhi proof mere pass the wo sb maine unko de diye ab mujhe complaint kiye hue 13 din ho gye h na to unhone meri FIR registered ki na hi mujhe koi copy di aur ab unhone mujhe Friday ko bulaaya yah ro kaha ki ladke ko bhi bualaya h aap apne parents ko lekar aajana .. Thursday ko call karke kaha ki Sunday ko aana... Case ek lakde ne mujshe jhoothi shadi krke mera use kiya abortion bhi krwya or baad mei uske maa papa ne caste choti bata kar duniya ke samne shaadi krne se mana kd

aise mamle me police ko turant FIR krni chahiye thi pr police ne paise le liye honge dusri party se isliye apke case me FIR nhi darj nhi kr rhi h kr police kregi bhi nhi apko court se FIR karwana hoga.

it's a very serious offence and the police should register your complaint, anyway, if the police station concerned is not registering your complaint, you should write to higher authorities of police to lodge your FIR, if they too do not take action you may approach the Court concerned to lodge FIR under section 156(3) Cr. P. C.

aap apni complaint sabse pahle jansunwai portal up per registered Karen ya registered post se police k uchhadhikariyo ko bhejen. Uske bad bhi yadi Koi kaarvayi Nahin Hoti Hai to 156(3) me court k dwara FIR darj karvayen.
