18-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I have few cases against my husband. He comes in DV case and dowry case which just started this month but my divorce case which is running from the past of two years. He never comes in that case hearing. I want to take divorce and alimony from him since I am keeping unwell. Not that much good health that I can work. Since he doesn’t come judge made this ex partie case. Now I want to know the advantages and disadvantages on me and my case. How will I get alimony and divorce in such situations.

Dear client In case the judge has already granted you an ex parte divorce - that means the divorce case has reached its finality. In case you have filed another case for maintenance you should press for an ex parte relief therein as well

You can file the suit before the concerted court. After examining the case and listing the parties, the court will give the judgment in your favour. The only thing you have to do is to go to court and file the petition through your advocate.
