negligence of revenue dept and collector on govt land encroachment.

dear sir ,
30 Acer's of Govt land encroached by the land mafia team in Andhrapradesh,nellore dist, gudur mandal, pagadalalli village by 9 people. we have been noticed to Revenue dept,Collector several times. after it they passed legal notices to all encroachers to vacate the land, and rev dept has surveyed the land and infixed the boundary stones to the land and so infixed legal boards too. and now the past M.R.O transferred to another district. now encroachers through out boundary stones and boards. we have informed to MRO,RDO,Collector , but they simply ignored this issue. never solve this issue till now.
please advise me, i have all documents which is passed by revenue dept . and i took all documents by RTA act from revenue dept.

you should approach the high court and file a writ under article 226 seeking directions from the court to evict the encroachment and also direct the police to offer protection to land and also direct revenue (sub-registrar, mandal revenue officer, collector) from not entering any transactions pertaining to said land
