hi if he got assualted by unknown persons and if they are not taking any action then you could give complaint to higher officials and if they are not acting upon it then you could file private complaint before the magistrate to register FIR against them

we need to write what is the kind of assault that happened and we have to frame a proper complaint when you go to the police station you should not be giving your complaint in generic has to mention the incident place ,type of injury and so on

Prepare a written complaint detailing the incident by the date, time, place, injuries, witnesses if any . If the police refuse to take your complaint, immediately send a written complaint to the SP/ Commissioner under section 154 (3) of CrPC. If there is still no action, then file a complaint before the Magistrate under section 156 (3) CrPC to direct police to register the FIR .

You can file a written complaint to the SP (Superintendent of Police) under Section 154(3) CrPC if the local police refuse to register an FIR. You can also send a copy via registered post. Alternatively, file a private complaint before the Magistrate under Section 200 CrPC. I can help you draft a strong complaint to initiate action immediately.

If police refuse to register your complaint, you can: (1) Submit a written complaint to the Superintendent of Police under Section 154(3) CrPC, (2) Send the complaint by registered post to higher police officials, (3) Approach the Judicial Magistrate under Section 156(3) CrPC to direct police to register an FIR, or (4) File a private criminal complaint before the Magistrate with medical evidence of assault. Immediate legal steps ensure the case is taken seriously.
