Need to know the legal way of avoiding some forthcomming false charges

Hi Dears, I Am currently living in Europe on work Visa, No back at home my uncle has filled a case on party X as X owes some money to my uncle, Now Police is pressuring the Party X for arrest and to create some reverse pressure that Party X is planning to create some false case on our full family and They may be waiting for me to come back home to include me in that case. I want to go back home but how do I avoide this situation. I can be contacted in whatsapp only as I am not in home country

Dear Client, I'm such a case you just have apprehension about Arrest due to that rivalry whatever done in your family so in such a case you should either wait or you may get Anticipatory Bail then visit here for more clarification I'd like to get all information.

on the above mentioned query the legal opinion is that if you are not present in India at the time of occurrence then don't bother for any case filed by any person against you. and feel free for coming to your residence.
