Q: Court Bail after chargesheet in 498

I'm fighting DP, DV, 125, and 494 case against my in laws nd husband, they're trained fraudsters, my chargesheet was filed in NOV 23, and its1st hearing is on 1st Jan 24. Will they apply for bail before frst hearing? Is it important for them to take bail and appear in every hearing? What wud be their action against me? How will they defend themselves? What will be the bail amount if they file for d same?

Q: Comphensation apply for falsely arresting &filing false cases on me

Dear Sir,I was married in Dec 2016. My wife filed false case on me and my family u/s 498a, DV act, dowry act etc. She and her family made false allegations on me and send me to jail two times. Now we are settling the matter by one time settlement of Rs 10,40,000. I want to apply for compensation for falsely arresting & filing false cases on me and abusing me with false allegations and sending me to jail.Please share how i apply for compensation for falsely arresting and sending to jail
