Need legal advice: Anal sex with out consent and without protection

Yesterday night I had a threesome with a Thai lady who I know and her friend. Although I have met the Thai lady’s friend once before I didn’t know that she is a she male. I was high on weee while having threesome with them and the shemale lady made anal pénétration without my consent. Also She did not use protection. What can I do here to take legal action against them

you can file a criminal complaint ageint both of them under section 377 of ipc by nearest police station by providing all the requsite details to the police officials by which they will arrest all the accused behind the bars and help you get justice by the unjust done to you

You can definitely take legal action upon that she make as it is a clear case of rape against your consent and the accused would face dire consequences of the same. You must file a police complaint immediately. For further assistance, feel free to reach me.

yes u have right to take kegal action against them as per section of ipc or aby other law but first took advice from an advocate tell the whole matter and then decided to take any action as per law you can procced with section mention in the law. personally recommend took action very carefully and with conscious mind
