You need to file a petition before Hon'ble High Court for quashing of FIR. High Court can do the same. No one has power except High Court. High Court can give you relief if you have sufficient meterial.

Hi complete details of the FIR has to be reviewed first. FIR quashing will happen only from Allahabad highcourt. Very firstly High court will call both parties for meditation. You will get proceeding stay against your family members in the case. Thereafter meditation Court will decide on merits whether FIR can be quashed or not.

usually the FIR under section 498A are not quashed by the high courts. and the proof which you have can be dealt by the investigating officer during investigation which means you can give all the evidences against the FIR to the investigating officer of your case. High Court in such cases usually grants anticipatory bail or interim bail in such cases. moreover, the High Court can also called the wife, if you file a petition before they High Court either for washing of the FIR or stay of your anticipated arrest, and send both of you for amicable settlement before the mediation council
