NDPS act 27 b - what does the future look like?

27-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I got a summon for an FIR which was lodged 1.5 years ago 3days ago. The charge is that they found me on the street intoxicated, upon interrogation I admitted to smoking ganja - there was no possession charge in the FIR (there were 5 of us together but were charged separately). We were taken to a hospital and underwent a urine drug test. US immigration DS160 asks a question-Have you ever violated, or engaged in a conspiracy to violate, any law relating to controlled substances?

Dear Sir, You have to seek stay and quashing of such FIR so that you can proceed with formalities of US immigration. If you hire a senior advocate practicing in the above subject before the High Court definitely you may get an order of quashing of FIR thus you will avoid future consequences.
