My brother died in January 2018 after 12 days is life filed 498 A cases on us 4 of us me and my wife appear in the court regularly but my mother and father are of very old age and are unable to go to the court has issued non belebal warrant can nbw re called if yes in how much timen can the police arrest them if yes in how much time nage of mother and father is 65 and 75 respectively
