Named in Domestic Violence Case by a Friend's Wife

My friend and his wife are going through matrimonial dispute. I am in no way involved but I have been named in the FIR filed by her in her native place at Kanpur.
My name is not correct in FIR and neither is my address or phone number mentioned, but I believe she does mean my name. So far no one has called me from the police station about this FIR.
Do I need to do something about it?

if you have been wrongly named in the fir you can file for deleting the charges you can ask your lawyer to approach the police station if no one has called you or if your name is not correctly mentioned your lawyer should check with the opposite party

Hello There, First of All you should confirm this that she named you in FIR. May be she must be talking someone else, whose name resembles as your name, and as of now you should wait, if police call you, you go. other wise let it go, and if when you are sure you should meet IO and ask him to cut your name in chargesheet
