Q: Named in Domestic Violence Case by a Friend's Wife

My friend and his wife are going through matrimonial dispute. I am in no way involved but I have been named in the FIR filed by her in her native place at Kanpur. My name is not correct in FIR and neither is my address or phone number mentioned, but I believe she does mean my name. So far no one has called me from the police station about this FIR. Do I need to do something about it?

no, u don't have to pay any heed over such FIR. Your main advantage is that your every detail is wrong, which means you are safe. so just relax and don't contact police or try to give any clarification regarding this ,cut all your cords with you friend.

FIR Likhwayiye apney relatives ke against,protection ki demand kriye,baki ladki ka ma baap ki property me right hota h,aap legally apna share demand kr sakti h baad me. case bhi karna chahey toh ho jayega but phla step aapko FIR lodge krna hoga.

Q: Damaged product received under warranty

I msged u to just ask a ques. If a product has been sent to repair under warranty but when I've received the product it's damaged to be very specific it has a big dent over it.. Who will be responsible for this the courier company or the seller who shipped the order
