Q: Recruitment Based on Merit List—Category and Stream Issues

If a recruitment body uses an external exam’s merit list, can it change the candidate’s category or consider marks from a different post/stream than what was originally allotted by the exam authority? Is this legally valid when the exam rules had distinct categories and post-wise allocations?

Q: 3 yrs taken for the enquiry to complete and judgement not yet shared

I am an private compnay employee and working with the company long time. in mumbai my entry to my work place was hold and told that i have been transffered to another state. no letter received by me. company appointed enquiry officer in 2019 and enquiry started against me as i have not reported to duty at my transfer place. this enquiry concluded in 2022 july and i have asked several time to share me the result but not yet shared. i have not resigned or terminated. no salary yet given. pls help.

Are you still working ? this is a private company dispute. u can go to the labour court for your grevience redressal, and before that, we can serve one legal notice to them so that they provide yoh complete information regarding your enquire held by them.

Q: For the false FIR Quashing which is submitted in the Court

PS Medical College lodge an false FIR on the pressure of ladies under Section 78 BNSS but while investigation IO didn't get any proof related to that but in case dairy IO had done mistakes which is found by studying the case dairy briefly points to points. But I have some proof of that the IO had make wrong investigation and some videos to proof some papers are totally fake in case file which in submitted in court. Under which case type in which section I can prove that the FIR was lodge false?

Q: Fraud Comitted by Sales Manager

I’m a owner of a tractor Dealership ,The sales Manager& his sons has sold the tractors without my permission & committing fraud as he is not paying me the Amount at which the tractor was sold & Giving me threats to kill me if I ask for my hard earned money back so kindly help me with the possible solution

lodge FIR against them. show me a paper that u have any paperwork related to your dealership and proof that the sales manager and his son did this thing to you without proof u will not able to claim anything

Humara ek ghar hai jisme 3 manzil bna hua hai hum muslim hai mere father ki death ho chuki hai 1st floor ke portion ko mere dono bade bhai use karte hai or hum 6 bhai behan hai 3 bhai 3 bhen par wo dono na to meri maa ko ghar ke kharche ke liye paise Dena chahte hai or na hi jagah khali karna chahte hai .. or dusri jagah par bhi dheere dheere use me le rhe hai to kya karna chahiye or kya rights hai meri maa ke wo aage kya kar sakti hai
