My sister expired because of irresponsible of her husband

Dear sir/ Ma'am nnPlease guidenMy sister was expired in June 2022 she has a heart disease at time of pregnancy 2020, and married in 2018,nHer father in law and husband irresponsible and she expired that time my mother and father condition was not good they got dipressed as lost doughter that time we didn't raise any FIR in local thana , now after 6 month they are misbehaving and not allowing to meet my sister son as he is 2.5 years old now what should I do can we raise any FIR, against Themis there any law

you can file complain and than take help of court.. hire a good advocate than just take proper step... firstly file a complain in police station and if police didn't take any step than just move in court... contact us for more details

Hello ! It’s Really sad to know about the tragic incident that your family had to go through few years back. They cannot refuse to let the child meet its maternal family. If you want, you can approach the family court with a Guardians and wards Act petition for custody of that child. Alternatively, you can file a police complaint against wrongful confinement of the child by the paternal family.

firsty you have to write a complaint that during the marriage your sister was facing lots of trauma and harassment from her in laws and her husband. secondly she died because of it and now they are misbehaving and not allowing my sister's son to meet, as per law you'll get the custody. kindly contact for more clarity
