my name is added to a false FIR under IPC SECTION- 148,149,323,506 IN A FIGHT IN WHICH I DONT EVEN KNOW BOTH THE PARTIES MY ROLE WAS ONLY THAT I WAS STOPING THEM FROM FIGHTING AND I AM WAS TAKEN IN THE VIDEO OF FIGHT.

You need not worry. If you were not directly involved in the fight and all then your name will be deleted from the chargesheet. And if you are under the fear that the police might arrest you then you can always apply for an anticipatory bail in the court. This will release you on personal bonds if the police arrest you in future.

you can file the petition in the Hon'ble high court for quashing the FIR which is falsely filed against you, if there is no any prima facie evidence against you,the court will quash the FIR ,and you will be discharged from any obligation and problems

You can file for the quashing of the FIR before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court, or you can submit an application for discharge at the time when the charges are framed. These are the only two options available.

Contents of FIR needs to be perused legally to give You a proper Legal advise. Further advise you to seek a detailed consultation from an Advocate to formulate a strategy going forward. File a bail application and seek bail first. Thereafter do file a discharge application
