I have completed my gazette process for name change in documents , i want to change name in my marksheet from CBSE Board ,Delhi . Can i do ? & How much time & money for this

Q: Summon from court for recovery of loan

Instant loan i am unable to pay myself.I stay in Delhi. And got summon from Ahmedabad magistrate. Not able to go. What can be done?

Should you fail to appear, the court may issue subsequent summonses and proceed ex-parte, meaning the case will proceed in your absence. In the event of a criminal case, such as one involving a dishonored cheque (NI Cheque), the court may start with bailable warrants, followed by non-bailable warrants. Should you continue to evade court appearances, the court may declare you a proclaimed offender and register an FIR under section 174-A. Additionally, the court may have the authority to attach your property. I strongly advise you to actively engage with your legal matter and seek resolution through amicable means. Proactive involvement can often lead to a more expedient and favorable outcome.

Q: Someone not paying rental of the land

I lent a agricultural land to someone and he is not paying rental of the land properly since last 4 years he always pay part of the payment only. Now he has 45k rupees of ours and we have voice recording that he admitted that he have to pay some sort of of money but not the exact amount mentioned in recording. What can we do for it. And we don't have any agreement bcz the land is in bihar and we were not aware that we can go for an agreement. Suggest what can I do for it.

You have the option to serve him a legal notice demanding the recovery of the outstanding rent. Should this course of action prove ineffective, you retain the right to file a lawsuit seeking both a permanent and mandatory injunction, alongside the recovery of arrears with an 18% interest rate.

Q: My wife wants to take Children to her parents home

Hi, I and my wife have marriage issueand she left home last month (24-Mar ) leaving behind me and my two children (1 Boy- 2 years old and 1 girl- 1 year old ). We both are hinduNow she is sending message after 22 days later that she will take children from me in coming few days.Can I oppose her to do?

Technically speaking If the children are still in your custody and you don't want her to take them, she cannot take them forcefully. Her recourse would be to approach the Hon'ble Court and request custody through legal channels.

Q: my name is added to a false FIR

my name is added to a false FIR under IPC SECTION- 148,149,323,506 IN A FIGHT IN WHICH I DONT EVEN KNOW BOTH THE PARTIES MY ROLE WAS ONLY THAT I WAS STOPING THEM FROM FIGHTING AND I AM WAS TAKEN IN THE VIDEO OF FIGHT.

You can file for the quashing of the FIR before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court, or you can submit an application for discharge at the time when the charges are framed. These are the only two options available.
