My in-laws and husband have been torchering me to leave house by domestic violence. Without my knowledge they even applied for divorce. So I gave FIR on the sections mentioned above. Later my in law was investigated, but they didn't keep quite. They complaint to senior citizen cell. I told them the truth they kept silent on call. Now again my in-laws wrote lies in letter such that some action to be taken against me. How can I stop this ? How do the senior citizen cell people usually deal such.

after they file a complaint, you can also reply to the senior citizen cell mentioning the tortures and FIR filed and nothing to worry about senior citizen act as you have already filed FIR and also mention that divorce case is filed, you are also required to file maintenance and domestic violence case in court, if you require maintenance and compensation.

Dear Madam, You have already filed complaint against your husband and your in-laws as such your in-laws as a counter blast might have lodged complaint with senior citizen cell. If any notice is issued by the cell then you have to reply accordingly about your grievances and the file will be closed.
