It is husband own goods vehicle, someone rented his vehicle to shift things to some place but unfortunately that things were robbed from somewhere my husband not aware of this took the vehicle to transfer that goods
And now he is been framed

Your husband has to establish that he is nowhere connected with the alleged offences. Your husband has to approach directly to the High Court which has vast powers even to quash the entire FIR or atleast it direct the Police to remove the name of your husband from such criminal proceedings.
