My girlfriend filed 376ipc against me and remanded 43days I got bail after chargesheet completed but now my girlfriend want to withdraw the complaint because we have dream to study abroad the case ruining our career is it possible to quash the case in 2 months because we have only 2months time to fly If not our visas will cancelled

hi you could file quash petition in high court to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that both parties are ready to compromise as you are intending to fly abroad for highet studies
