Sir my name is Aryan Mishra from Noida sec 62 on 24-06-2024 i went to my gf,s home sadar bazaar cantonment delhi to met her and she was alone our planned was to roam outside first then only kissing in home staying there for only 30 minutes but after spending only 10 minutes suddenly her mom came there and she entered directly into my gf,s home after that she asked to her that who is this boy and what he is doing here and start shouting i escaped from there however next day my gf threated me

Dekhiye normally things won't escalate from here that's my experience but if she is threatening you and is asking to fulfill any unlawful demand you can file a criminal intimidation and extortion case. You cannot just be booked for abetment of suicide because it is her mother who actually put her in that mental state
