my frind;s wife get suiside , but she never write any letter, but her family sue a case on her husband & her bother in law and mother in law. but they dont invole in this, her brother in law & motnher in law lives seperately from her and her husband. but the sue a case section 306 kindly sugget how to remove remove them from this case.
Dear Queriest, as per your query you have to defend and prove the case that section 306 is not applicable on them as she has herself made an attempt to commit suicide and putting a false allegations on them. You have defend yourself and nothing else can be done
