My employer read my personal WhatsApp chats

03-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My employer read my personal WhatsApp chats that were with my friends where we were having funny conversation about the organisation. I forgot to log off my WhatsApp in the office laptop and she did this in all my absence and made fake allegations that my brother is my boyfriend. Can I sue her ?
