Mr. Gopu Shyam Sundhar Reddy, I understand your concern. Please share: 1. At which police station FIR 252/2024 is registered and under what sections. 2. Whether the accused were arrested or not. 3. Copies of FIR / notices you have. 4. What relief you expect – speedy filing of charge sheet, transfer to higher agency, or court direction. Based on this, I can guide you on filing representation before higher police officers or a petition in High Court for speedy investigation and justice.

hi if the chargesheet is not filed even after 3 months then you could give letter to concerned SP and C.I of police anf Commissioner to take action or to direct them to file chargesheet and if they failed to take action then you could approach court for relief

You have to file a petition in court stating still now charge sheet is not filled and we mention investigation is very slow and we have to mention evidence may be tampered, we request to court and ask for PS to file charge sheet immediately

Yes, you can file a representation before the SP, Karimnagar or approach the High Court of Telangana under Article 226 for a direction to complete investigation and file the charge sheet in FIR No. 252/2024 without further delay.

You can file a petition under Section 482 CrPC or writ petition in High Court seeking directions to the police to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet. Since it’s been over a year, this is unreasonable delay. You can also send a written complaint to the SP/Collector, and mark a copy to the DGP and Human Rights Commission. Collect the FIR copy and details of IO changes to strengthen your case.
