Dear Client,
you have to make a complaint against your brothers to your local police station.
And tell your father, if he agree to give him some shares of his property or either gift you the whole property in your name. This you have to registered a gift deed. I hope doing this. This problem will be sort out.

You can file cases under Indian Penal Code for extortion and for committing other offences like threatening etc. as well as Domestic Violence Act against your brother. Your father can also file case against him for committing offences under Indian Penal Code. your father has to file the written complaint before the local police station first and then has to proceed for criminal proceedings against your brother. You can also file complaint before the police station in Bhubaneswar against your brother to bring him the police station there to create pressure upon him. Apart from this your father can file proceeding under Section 107 CrPC restraining your brother from committing such acts and if necessary restraining him from entering into the house.
