Hi sir iam married but I didn't lead a married life not for a year now more then 13yrs completed not contact each of us from 13yrs sir in this case I loved one person 2yrs before he knows everything about me and my life he said he will give life to me but now he started cheating me sir wat shall I do
Hi.. yes if he promised to marry you then definitely you can file a case against him . You can file a complaint before womens police station and ask them to cal that guy and advice him to marry you if he not agree then you file a case against him.

Madam, you have not mentioned about what kind of cheating made by him. first let me know about the cheating? Whether he is promised to marriage and misbehaviour with you or else he is trying to keep illicit relationship with another woman? in event of this, you can make complaint against him in woman commission. The The woman commission will issue notice to him and call him for the reply. you must reveal about the attitude of the person who is cheating to you and you have to explain about cheating.
