Mujh apna ek case quash karwana hai kaise hoga ,mne fir karwai thi ek ladke pr ab wo case khtm karwana chati hu . Koi aacha high court ka vakeel ho toh mujh contact kare ,

Agar aapne FIR darj karwai hai aur ab case khatam (quash) karwana chahti hain, to yeh kaam High Court ke through hota hai. CrPC ki Section 482 (inherent powers) ya Article 226 ke tahat FIR/charge-sheet quash karne ki petition file ki ja sakti hai. Agar dono pakshon me samjhauta (compromise) ho chuka hai, to uska affidavit lagana hota hai

Apko quashing ki application high court m file krni hogi. With a prayer to settle the dispiriting on the basic of compromise. Court direction dega apko ki compromise lower court se verify karwaye. aapane query ki Hai ki aapane ek case ek ladke ke upar kiya tha jisko aap ab khatm karana chahti Hain jise quash karana chahti Hain lekin aapane apni query mein yah nahin bataya hai ki kis tarah ka case tha Jo aapane ladke ke upar kiya tha kyunki sare hi case khwaish hone layak nahin hote Hain
