Q: Successor to stuck pension of a deceased govt employee

This question is on my partner's behalf. "Pensioners couldn't submit his living certificate so his pension was stuck....in a meantime he expired....so who will get his stuck pension when released after his death" His son also expired. Will his daughter in law , who has left her marital home, be a party to it?

Q: Writ petition A in high court for compliance

My service matter writA for compliance of notional seniority given by CAT,is pending in high court.High court has given interim order for compliance of my CAT judgment in 1 month.My case is also in supreme court expedite category and listing regularly in high court.my question is that,although my case is listing every week but due to computerized system it is listed but not taken up by court.Court is not accepting mention/priority hearing .I am going to retire in 11 months.what to do?

Since the High Court has already directed compliance of the CAT judgment within one month and that period appears to have lapsed, the appropriate remedy is to file a Contempt Petition for non-compliance of the interim order, alongside an application for early/out-of-turn hearing citing your impending retirement in 11 months as an urgent ground.

Q: Late birth certificate registration

It’s a matter of late birth registration of a child of a veteran 11 Gorkha Rifles who was posted in Lucknow Cantonment during 1980s. However, during those times due to lack of awareness the birth certificate was not obtained. The child was born in Lucknow army camp when the family was cohabiting.
