Son is doing bad acts while staying in parental property. Other relatives also facing issues because of all this. He has been to jail also but even after returning he has no remorse. If legally parents disown him, will it save everyone from any legally issues in which he will be involved

हाँ, ऐसी स्थिति में मौखिक बंटवारा + लंबे समय से अलग कब्जा + सरकारी अभिलेख/राजस्व रिकॉर्ड में उस कब्जे के समर्थन को व्यवस्थित तरीके से साक्ष्य में लाना बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। लेकिन केवल PM-KISAN मिलना अपने-आप में रोड-साइड जमीन पर मालिकाना हक साबित नहीं करता।धारा 116 के तहत मामला मूलतः joint holding के division/partition का है; यदि आपका चचेरा भाई रिकॉर्डेड co-sharer है, तो केवल इस आधार पर उसका suit स्वतः खारिज नहीं होगा कि आपके पिता अलग हिस्से पर कब्जे में हैं।
