Money given to broker for land

I gave 10 lakhs to a broker for land . Transferred the money on his personal acc before 8 yrs from Hyderabad , He had not given money nor land . Now I stay in Pune . How to go about ? Pl guide
As per limitation Act limitation for recovery of money after due date of repayment is three years. Thereafter you shall not recover money as per limitation Law. If you get written acknowledgement from that broker now then you can recover money by filing recovery of money suit in the court of Law.
