Mobile Snatching on 19th December 2022

Mobile got snatched on 19th December 2022 i have registered FIR to police to the same day, but police is not doing investigation properly and not taking this crime as seriously , what to do legally so that they can complaint seriously

You need to send the complaint to the SHO & DCP of your area and also to the Commissioner of Police for due compliance. And then under 156(3) you need to file a application before the magistrate for registration of FIR. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

file status application along with monitring of case before magistrate... than magistrate give appropriate direction to IO.. and IO have to file his written reply in court what efforts he have done... IF YOUR CASE FROM DELHI CONTACT US.. WE ARE SPECIALIST IN SUCH KIND OF MATTER.

file RTI to k ow the status of investigation in uour case. if uou wish then you can file complaint case under section 156 (3) cr.p.c. seeking direction yo the police to investigate the matter and to file status report in court.

you can file an application before the hon'ble court for seeking status report of the investigation did by the police officials and you can further ask about the pending investigation. In this the police officials will have to file the status report of their investigation
