Q: Multiple water tanks installation on top floor roof by 1st Floor owner

Our building has 4 floors and each floor has saperate water tank of 500 litres installed on roof of top floor. Total 6 tanks are there on top floor roof including ground floor. I am owner of top floor with roof rights. Now other flat owners want to install 2nd water tank of 500 litres on my roof. I denied them as it is not safe and already everyone has saperate tank. But neighbor is scolding me. Please guide.

write an application to concern police station and also cc copy to concern ACP & DCP, if they are not taking appropriate actions then you can file a complaint u/s 153(3) and can get relief fir the same

Q: Mobile Snatching on 19th December 2022

Mobile got snatched on 19th December 2022 i have registered FIR to police to the same day, but police is not doing investigation properly and not taking this crime as seriously , what to do legally so that they can complaint seriously

you can file an application before the hon'ble court for seeking status report of the investigation did by the police officials and you can further ask about the pending investigation. In this the police officials will have to file the status report of their investigation

Q: Rights of son child after mutual divorce

In settlement deed,it was written that the there would be no maintenance of child and other expenses but while quashing of 498 in high court the order is passed that the child rights remain as it is after mutual consent and the 498 case is quashed.Can I file for overruling of child rights as it is decided in terms of mutual consent of divorce?

no, you have to follow the order passed by the honble high court. because no one can alter the rights of a child and no one can file affidavit on behalf of that child even he himself cannot denge. you must have to be prepare for that you have to maintain your child

Q: Fast tack divorce process with fee

I married in 2015 it was love marrige but after marrige he decided to do business and i hv supported him. But everytime he changed his business and not succeed. I have taken almost loan for his business and paying from last 6?7 years. I have done ech and everything but unable to get any kind of support from him. He harrassed me mentally physicaly financially and emotionaly. He never paid any household expenses and even loan which i have taken for his business. And now he is not living with me from past 2 years. Inspite of disscussion and all he dint bother to do anything. Not even calling. I am drained totally.. I have fone each and everything beyond my limits. But he is not kind of man and not having good relationship with anybody. What tk do plz suggest

try to get divorce by mutual consent...if you want to save time....you will get divorce in six months only....talk to him if he is not residing with you...then he should start a new life...after that you can start a new life also

Q: Maintenance related contested divorce in process

What is maintenance and what is interim maintenance ? Are both different? Do we need 2 file different cases ?

Yes, divorce case is separate issue, meanwhile you and your kids are entitled for maintenance... during the proceedings income affidavit have to be filed by both the parties.. according to this, Hon,ble court will decide the maintenance... before completion of proceedings at the initial stage of this case Hon,ble court set the maintenance as interim.
