Q: Cr Case Filed In Court Bail Queires

My relative file a criminal case in police station on 2020 u/s 323 , 354 , 504 , 506 , 341 . It was a property dispute her wife was not there at the incident still they managed to convince the police and 354 ipc was added later we got bail and chargesheet was filed in which 354 was removed then I filed a Criminal complaint in court based on the chargesheet as I am working in a MNC software job , magistrate has accepted the case . What would be the process here will they have to take bail for the complaint i have filed

you have to show your chargesheet and complaint you lodged and it is a good sign if 354 charge is altered but to pursue your case you will have to consult about your chargesheet. you have to tell all the real facts about your actual story of the case

Q: Maintanence/alimony on divorce with DV case, 3 year old kid

arrange marriage 7 years.., i filed once DV case butgave a chance to my marriage, now i have a 3 year old kid, mother in law interfered more, she taught him not to spend money on me and my kid.., i raised the child alone, differences started arising more after kid, as i stopped working, he is toxic n brutal to me n my kid, owns a house in my name wch under loan paid by him, on divorce how much amount/on what grounds could my child get for maintanence and alimony, how will it affect if i remarry?

you will get maintenance according to your income affidavit and according to husband income affidavit. Basically whenever you file an petition for your maintenance then both the parties have to submit their income affidavit in which we have to mention about your income, expenses or liabilities. And the maintenance decided by the court if you will remarry then your maintenance will be closed but your children maintenance will be continued.

I got married in India and later settled in the Netherlands, where my partner, child, and I became Dutch citizens. Due to the poor state of our relationship, mutual divorce is not an option. Where should I file for divorce—India or the Netherlands—to ensure I receive alimony for support.

you can file your divorce petition accordingly where are you currently residing india or u can file accordingly where your marriage took place and if your marriage covers under Hindu marriage act then you have to file your divorce petition in india

Q: Harassment and torturing plus false allegations to me and my family

I am in a relationship with a guy who wanted to marry me but his brother who is a lawyer , put me in situation where I haven't done any crime expect being in love with his brother just to break this relationship his parents and his lawyer brother harassed me and tortured my parents and even they illegally started tracking my phone number with one of their family member who is in crime branch.And they kept lowering my dignity saying "randi". I have all proof against them.

immediately you have to file a written complaint in your concern police station against them and mention in it that you have the proof also that they are abusing you. But you are not disclosing By which way you are knowing that your mobile phone is tracked. .so if you know the way then you can also mention in this complaint. you have to file it immediately before they initiate any case against you .

Q: Misuse of bike number of delhi in haryana

On December 19, 2024, some individuals claiming to be members of the Haryana Crime Branch visited my residence in Delhi to inquire about an alleged crime theft in Panipat district. They showed me a photo of two helmeted individuals riding a motorcycle at night, which had a license plate similar to my vehicle's. I immediately informed them that neither I nor my motorcycle was depicted in the photo. What should i do now we are afraid.

you have to file a written letter regarding this fact and send it to your concern police station as well as in the haryana crime branch and you have to mention in this letter that your vehicle no. is so & so and your registration certificate is Annexed with your letter and it is pertinent to mention here that you are not involved in any criminal conspiracy.
