Misuse of my Identity and photo for robbery case

Some criminal use my aadhaar card and photo in a robbery. Police came to my home for investigation I gave them every proof for my innocence like authentication OTP and mail which was not done by me. And at the time of incidence I was in my home. Police had gone. Now I am scaring if criminal take my name in the incidence as they have my Identity so they know my name and address very well then what will happen. Will I be arrest? What charges can be maid to me?

the circumstances are trouble shooter. if other accused named you then you shall be also counted as their accomplice and shall be subject to criminal prosecution, arrest etc. the charges shall be same as of other accused robbers.

your need to file a complaint against those people who have ur ID card etc for misuse of the same for illegal purposes... by thus two things will happen . one you will ve safe from any action which policeay take against u... also when action will be taken on your complaint against the criminals they too will be prosecuted as per law....and eventually things will come in your favor.... but u need to file a well drafted complaint immediately else only you will be harassed and can be arrested

when ever your any I'd card or document miss
or lost immediately file FIR in your nearest Police station with complete detail of documents lost
also detail of place from where this lost occurred
in your present matter if you hv given and police came and satisfied with your reply to police so no worry till now but you must lodge a FIR for lost document now immediately in police station so that in future no one can misuse your docs
at present I'd police did not register any FIR against you on your name so no worry
and no charge applicable
but again lodge FIR for lost docs
