I am a government servant, my department keeps asking its staff to misbehave with me and threaten me, when I complaint against them, no action is taken, can I sue my department for workplace violence.

Husband has filed for divorce in his native...after this wife filed transfer petition in highcourt stating she could nt travel to husband place because of 4 years old kid...transfer petition is pending before 5 court from 5 months still in Admission stage with no interim stay...can IA allowed now?

Sir,nOne of our neighbour boy(22 years old) has physically hit a very well reputed senior citizen in the society when the senior citizen was making that person understand a matter verbally. The uncle who is 75 years old got injured badly and today got fractured in his elbow.What should be the legal action to be taken?

Q: Misuse of my Identity and photo for robbery case

Some criminal use my aadhaar card and photo in a robbery. Police came to my home for investigation I gave them every proof for my innocence like authentication OTP and mail which was not done by me. And at the time of incidence I was in my home. Police had gone. Now I am scaring if criminal take my name in the incidence as they have my Identity so they know my name and address very well then what will happen. Will I be arrest? What charges can be maid to me?
