इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में धारा 482 CrPC या अनुच्छेद 226 के अंतर्गत याचिका दायर कर FR, मजिस्ट्रेट व सेशंस आदेश को चुनौती दी जा सकती है, यदि आदेश गैर-कानूनी/मनमाना हो। निजी परिवाद में धारा 200/202 CrPC के तहत साक्ष्य (कॉल रिकॉर्ड, चैट, मेडिकल, गवाह) मज़बूत कर समन का प्रयास किया जा सकता है। यदि विवाह का झूठा आश्वासन देकर सहमति ली गई हो, तो तथ्यों के आधार पर धारा 376/417 IPC पर विचार संभव है (न्यायिक दृष्टांतों के अनुरूप)। समयसीमा व साक्ष्यों की मज़बूती अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है—इसलिए केस फाइल की विधिवत समीक्षा कर हाईकोर्ट में राहत मांगी जाए।

Agar Revision reject hua hai toh aapko High Court aana hoga rejection order ke against. High Court se hii relief milega iss case me. High Court me case file karne ke liye saare documents 1 baar theek se dekhne honge.
