अगर सीजेएम कोर्ट से डिस्चार्ज एप्लीकेशन या उन्मोचन प्रार्थना पत्र खारिज हो गया है, तो आप हाई कोर्ट आ सकते हैं क्रिमिनल रिवीजन में।रीत की जगह क्रिमिनल रिवीजन फाइल होगा हाई कोर्ट में।और जानकारी के लिए संपर्क करें।

Q: remains Pending despite being registered on 12-04-2024.

My case, .remains Pending despite being registered on 12-04-2024. It is currently at the 'For Order' stage. Recent listing history shows repeated 'Pass Over' statuses,. Despite 7 Listing Applications being disposed of, the matter has not been heard. What legal remedy exists to ensure the case is taken up, and should I file an Urgency Application to move it from the Additional List to a fixed date

There continues to be pendency at the Allahabad High Court even more at the Criminal Side. Some courts do not take up Additional List because of the pendency of the Fresh Cases daily and some courts only takes up Mention Cases in the Additional Cause List.In case there is extreme urgency in the case, an Urgency Application could be filed, however the matter being taken up on the date fixed depends upon several factors!!!

Q: Regarding bail against 319 application

I am fighting 498a case against my in-laws and judge allowed my 319 application all the name are included in my complaint which was cut off by police. Is it possible they all take the bail and will court alert me for the same? Suppose they all taken bail from court so is there is any harm to me.

You have to be alert before the trial court and would also suggest you to consider a High Court trial regarding remedy against the application under Section 319 CrPC which has been allowed.Most probably the in-laws would approach the High Court against the order allowing the 319 CrPC application.

Need an advocate who can read file seriously and carefully for trial of 498A & DV ACT in Aligarh district court where the entire family of husband is being accused except the husband

Before trial, it's advisable to get protection from the High Court. Since the husband has not been arrayed as an accused, the High Court shall indulge and protect the family members of the husband. Would be able to help and assist you before the High Court.
