A false and malicious case under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code has been instituted by my younger brother and his wife against me and my family members. In the said matter, I, along with my wife, my mother, my sister, and my brother-in-law, have been wrongfully arrayed as accused. The case is presently at the trial stage, and I seek independent legal consultation as I am dissatisfied with the current status and progress of the trial.

Agar Revision reject hua hai toh aapko High Court aana hoga rejection order ke against. High Court se hii relief milega iss case me. High Court me case file karne ke liye saare documents 1 baar theek se dekhne honge.

Q: Two criminal case pending and pw1 not appear for cross

I have pending two criminal case institute on FIR 1. u/s 354,354d and 506 ipc stage of case : pending for cross examination of PW1 and 2. U/s 65 ,67 of IT Act Stage of case : summon to PW1 .In both case the complainant was same and accused also same . Case 1 : pending for cross examin since 2019 and in ordersheet summon order written . Then what to do on next date

The best available remedy with you in the present case is to approach the Hon'ble High for expeditious disposal of the case. However the order sheet needs to be examined first and figure out as to why is the case pending at the stage of Cross Examination of PW-1 since 2019.
