Agar high school marksheet verify ho jati hai toh 100% regular bail mil jayegi kyunki minor hone ki wajah se case Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) me shift ho jayega jahan bail ek legal right hai. FIR me darr ki wajah se galat naam batane par koi dikkat nahi hogi, court me ID proofs dekar ise thik karwaya ja sakta hai.Regular bail ke baad aap state me kahi bhi move kar sakte hain bas court ko naye address ki information deni hogi aur har date par paish hona padega. JJB me case jaldi chalta hai aur 4 se 6 mahine me khatam ho jata hai. Agar police chargesheet me koi strict sections badhati bhi hai tab bhi minor hone ke kaaran aap safe rahenge.Naye rules aur accurate strategy ke liye humse consult karein.
