You can seek the information of that person putting false complaints against you from the department itself. However if the department is not helping, you can also report the same to police and seek direction from court for investigation in your matter. For any further advice feel free to contact. Thanks

It is important to see what mechanism can be used in the department to find out the person/write complaints to concern departments for misuse of grievance mechanism and further see what legal actions can be sought. For further discussion on the issue, you may kindly reach out to me.

File a Defamation Case (Civil or Criminal) Under Section 499 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), filing false complaints with malicious intent constitutes defamation. Lodge a Police Complaint for Criminal Harassment Complaint Under Service Rules: As a central government employee, the offender is bound by the Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964. File a complaint with the department’s Vigilance or Disciplinary Authority, stating that the repeated false allegations amount to misconduct under the following provisions: Injunction and Cease and Desist Notice. Documents and Evidence Required
