Mental torture by area members

How can I get justice wan the area members are torturing me and my family physically and mentally, and when we will go in police station to file FIR than they are also come in police station and they are file a cross report to attempting ripe on my brother and father which is totally wrong after all this the police are say sot out all the thing and go home and don't fait again . This is the 5th time but I can't do any thing about this what can I do?

If police authority not accepting your complaint or not registering fir in this circumstances you can approach High Court. And seek direction to police authority to register crime.
