I want file complaint against my ex bf , related to mentally emotionally damage caused by him , recently he blackmailing me.

As you told that you want to file a complaint against one of your boyfriends and you want to take action against him in relation to the fact that he has emotionally blackmailed you and given your tweet, then for this you need all the evidence and you can send me your documents. Or send the witness you haveI will file a complaint on your behalf

ma'am you may file a criminal complaint against your ex boyfriend under the relevant section of IPC and IT Act. he will be prosecuted for his mischievous act towards you. you may proceed either directly filling the case before magistrate or you can lodge an FIR in concerned thana.
