Manhandling ,verbal abuse and criminal intimidation

My neighbour manhandled with me, verbally abused me , threatning and staring me continuously whenever he sees me. I want to lodge complaint because i have threat from him.

Dear Client, In such a case, you should file a complaint before the magistrate, then the court will take action against them under section 200 Cr.P.C. you file complaint against the opposite party under section 323,504,506 IPC.

ऐप बिल्कुल खराब है अगर ऐप्को धुरता तकता ऐपको गली गालोच करता है जान से मारने की धमकी देता है आईपीसी 354सी,504,506के तथा मुकदमा पुलिस स्टेशन जाकर दर्ज करा सकते हैं ज्यादा जानकारी के लिए एपी मुझे कॉल कर सकते हैं या ऐप मेरे कार्यालय पर आकर अपने समस्या का समाधान कर सकते हैं

definitely you lost complaint because your neighbour miss behave with you as per your information he did above incident repeatedly there after no another way to teach him there is only complaint concern police station. for more information or enquiry please contact me.

Go to the nearest P.S of your area, file a detailed written complaint with proper evidences, giving his full detail. The police will investigate the same matter. A case may be registered u/s 506 IPC by investigating at all.
