Hello client hey. As Ur saying you want to file a complaint against the scheme of Delhi government .the name of scheme is ews.as per my knowledge the scheme is concerned about the free education system for the weaker sections of the society in Delhi for the development of the lower grades and weaker section of the poor society for there development and benefits.
