Lodged FIR against husband and family but declared innocent, advise

Hi, My sister has lodged a FIR against her husband and in-laws and his other relatives. Now, husband has been granted bail and all other accused are declared innocent by Investigation officer. IO did not even inform us about this. Also, all things of streedhan are not recovered yet. We have all accused names written on FIR.. What should we do now ?

Hi
U should again approach concerned SP and at the same time u can furnish application in court u/s 200 then court will monitor all proceedings.
I suggest u to clear all facts before me so that a proper case may be prepared.
Ur case is good on merits.

File a criminal complaint directly in court that investigation has been biased ....and proceed in court for the same ....also file a case against cruelty and also ask for maintenance....also file an online complaint to commissioner of police about the baised investigation...

There are some mistake.bezose u r not alert your case .bt in recent .u can move application in court .recovery of your pending stridhan.and this application move by advocate. and for instant action we can move application on c.m windows.

Sir/mam if the FIR have been lodged then the trial will be conducted before court.. Getting bail does not mean that your sister in- laws are free to go.. They will have to face the trial.. And if found guilty will be punished accordingly..

Hi,
I woukd suggest you to please file protest petition or you can file complain. Or can approach high under 482 for fair investigation as well as move representation to SP for fair investigation.
