Live-in boyfriend denied marriage and ran away

Live-in boyfriend on the pretext of marriage had sexual relations but when parents came to talk about marriage, he talked and said not willing to marry and then ran away on 1st June 2024. He lied to his parents that we are threatening him, but was very willingly present,willingly left on his own. He has switched off his phone from 2nd June. He might be at his home but when we called there on 4th, they said that we switched off his phone and kept him. Now where to find him, they didn't call back

madam ye to apke sath pure tarh se galt ho rha hai jab AAP ldka se shadi ki bat ki so vo piche chl gya dusre bat ho skta hai uske ghr Wale Jo hai unhone esko kahi chupa Diya hai madam aapke pas bhut sare right hai jisme aap koi bhi legal action le skti hai

in this situation you have two ways. one is you move on and forget him. second one is you go to the police station and file a complaint against him for Rape and sexual relation on a fake promise for marriage. also implant his family members who know everything and now they denied.
