Legal remedy as colleague blackmailing about past relationships
Answers (5)
You can just advise him that if he is going to threaten you will prefer a complaint mentioning that he is trying to sexually assault or for outraging the modesty, I also would advise you that, the past relationships wouldnt come as any barrier to you or your family, as the laws are in favour of women only and any kind of domestic violence would cost him his life. !
The internet is not a lawyer and neither are you.
Talk to a real lawyer about your legal issue.

It is almost impossible to give you proper advise without knowing the full details. You have to give all the details and what type of evidence he has about you. It is better that you put a full stop to the blackmail otherwise, day by day it will become worse. You have to believe someone and explain everything so that you can get proper advice. Better you contact a Senior Advocate like me, so that I can understand the extent of the problem and solve the issues. No point in keeping quite.
