Hi I am working with pvt.. Ltd. Company in Delhi. I was wrongly framed in a case of IPC 285 and 9B by investigating officer. Also my company people are also not supporting in this. What can I Do?

you can make a complaint against investigation officer to the higher officials of the police and can also give a representation and ask the higher official for fair enquiry in the matter. If they fail to act upon your complaint/representation, you can file a writ petition before the high court for fair, impartial and unbiased enquiry in the matter.
A petition for quashing of the F.I.R and chargesheet (if filed) under section 482crpc can be filed before the high court.
If chargesheet is submitted before the court, you can go for quashing or file an application for discharge before the competent court.
