We can give legal notice for 1. *Breach of Trust and Cheating*: You have misappropriated funds/property entrusted to you, causing a loss of Rs. 4,68,000/- to you. Your actions constitute a breach of trust and cheating. 2. *Unauthorized Use of Credit Card*: he have used your credit card without your authorization, resulting in unauthorized transactions. 3. *Dishonour of Cheques*: Cheques issued by you in your favour have been dishonoured, leading to financial loss and damage to my reputation. you can claim 1. Repay the amount of Rs. 4,68,000/- immediately. 2. Take immediate action to rectify the dishonour of cheques. 3. Cease any further unauthorized use of my credit card. Dear Sir, You can lodge complaint for the said offences with the concerned Police Station and if not registered FIR for any reason then you may file PCR after taking NCR from the concerned Police Station. The history of your case is not known. You may approach any nearest Advocate to redress your grievance legally.

If you have a cheque you can present cheque in bank if the cheque got dishonored with a return memo saying funds insufficient you can issue legal notice under section 138 of the NI act, if they don't come forward to pay you that money within 15 days from the date of dishonor it will be an offence and you can prosecute them in criminal Court.
