You only need to do is that you have to join all the investigation with the police. Do not miss any police investigation date because the person who run away from police are seen as guilty of charges.

molestation charges are serious charges, because generally speaking,a close relative is not expected to do so.however possibility of false implication can also not be ruled outif the backdrop is family dispute or property dispute...but since the question is quiet about the background of the allegatios,so do give details and yes anticipatory is required if F.I.R is registered
