sir i file fir in ipc 354 354 d on a boy ,i mention in fir that he consistently mollest last three month or kidnap me on 10 feb but sir a boy have many recording or whatsup and facbook chat or call recording of 10 feb .so sir if he shown in court what will happend .
hello mam as you have mentioned tht ur FIR have got registered already and the boy is having full chat history as well as he has call records of the same date on which you have shown tht you have been kidnapped by him. in this situation if he shows all this to court he will be declared innocent in that case. but still thibgs can be controlled by you if you choose to move with your lawyer advice then only you can save yourself by the false case filling of FIR
